As Mahatma Gandhi stated, "Be the Change you want to see in the world". Leaders have a unique opportunity in their potential roles of mentor, guide, decision-maker, role model, manager, listener, etc. In this final workshop in the series, you will deepen your Leadership skills and competencies by including and transcending the material from the earlier workshops. You will also be offered opportunities to practice Leadership roles, resilience, decision-making and team building.
During this experiential workshop focused on balance for meeting the needs of body, mind, heart and spirit, you will practice:
the leadership roles and learn to define your strengths and weaknesses as a leader
greater skill in decision-making and cultivate skills in team building
what it means to have resilience and remain mindful and authentic as a leader
All participants that complete the full series will be given a plaque to recognize their accomplishment and to certify the completion of the series on Leadership and Development.

In this series, Be the Change, we have explored the SELF, RELATIONSHIPS, PURPOSE and COMMUNITY, all with the intent of carrying self awareness, self compassion, our authentic self, presence and heart into significant areas of our lives. What does it mean to be a strong, effective, self aware, present and compassionate leader? In this last workshop in the series we will include and transcend what we have already learned and deepen your Leadership skills and competencies: we will practice the leadership role, resilience, decision-making and team building.
Each part is offered as a 3 day retreat style workshop. Workshops are limited to 12 participants. The format is mostly experiential with some lecture style information sharing and individual and group exercises and activities. There is balance for body, mind, heart and spirit.
