In the workshops on SELF, we learn to begin to change the world by changing oneself: cultivating Self Awareness is the key that opens up the process and creates the foundation for being the change we want to see in the world. Carrying these qualities of Self Care and Self Compassion into relationships can be a challenge when others' needs and interests pull us away from our initial resolutions. There may also be difficulty in communicating with openness and without blame, taking ownership for one's own stories and choices. Setting clear boundaries and maintaining one's commitment to self care helps maintain healthier relationships.
During this experiential workshop focused on balance for meeting the needs of body, mind, hart and spirit, you will practice:
maintaining self-awareness, presence, balance, mindfulness and wholeness while in relationship
taking care of self and establishing clear and safe boundaries within your relationships
living authentically and open-hearted while deepening communication in your relationships

Following the workshops on SELF, where one learns to develop self awareness, self compassion and being one's Authentic Self, it is sometimes challenging to sustain that newly strengthened sense of SELF within one's relationships, whether this be personal, at work or in community. In this workshop we also explore communications, setting healthy boundaries, and, maintaining self care while in relationships.
Each part is offered as a 3 day retreat style workshop. Workshops are limited to 12 participants. The format is mostly experiential with some lecture style information sharing and individual and group exercises and activities. There is balance for body, mind, heart and spirit.
