One begins to change the world by changing oneself: cultivating Self Awareness is the key that opens up the process and creates the foundation for being the change we want to see in the world. Self Care and Self Compassion deepen one's ability to be open to creating positive changes.
During this experiential workshop focused on balance for meeting the needs of body, mind, heart and spirit, you will discover:
greater self-awareness, presence, balance, mindfulness and wholeness
what it really means to practice self care and compassion and create a self care plan
how to replace detrimental habits and thinking with those that support your desired development, and, how to sustain these new choices
Continuing and building on the ground established in SELF: Part 1 with greater Self Awareness, Self Care and Self Compassion, the exercises and content will deepen and expand your ability to embody your Authentic Self.
With more time spent in exercises and activities you will be able to include and transcend the learning from Part 1 and create sustainable practices for:
self-awareness, presence, balance, mindfulness and wholeness
self care and self compassion
making choices that support living authentically
Cultivating these essential practices and ways of being enhance your ability to move toward healthier relationships, fulfilling your purpose, serving community, and, leading with presence.

Workshop: SELF (Parts 1 & 2)
The fundamental and core development workshop, which can be taken alone or as the first in the series, allows one to explore and develop the SELF: Self Awareness, Self Care, Self Compassion and one's Authentic Self.
Each part is offered as a 3 day retreat style workshop. 24 hours of CEU credit are available for each or the workshops for nurses, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
Workshops are limited to 12 participants. The format is mostly experiential with some lecture style information sharing and individual and group exercises and activities. There is balance for body, mind, heart and spirit.
